Absolutely shocking. Food two hours late, called told 10-15 mins still was waiting 45 mins later. Missed items told they’d bring it back and never turned up. Food tasted like it was cooked days before and reheated. I want a refund.

Burger came dry with smallest amount of mayo. Meat was dry as though it had been cooked and kept warm for some time. There was no option for sauces, so asked for them to be included, however on delivery these had not been included. Food used to be excellent from here but feel as though the quality has taken a downhill turn.

The chicken was hot, but very greasy and the chips were cold, possibly because the order arrived more than half an hour late. There was a lot of food for the money, but the quality and lateness let it down. Won't be buying again.
